On this latest Natural Habitat Adventures Borneo Expedition we had an amazing encounter with a young, adventurous male orangutan while hiking in the Danum Valley, while staying at Borneo Rainforest Lodge. Anyone with experience with wild orangutans will tell you that do not like water, and do not wade or swim in rivers, streams or lakes. This male proved this rule wrong! We couldn’t believe it!
